In the evening you will enjoy a superb dinner and tango show.

Day 3: Buenos Aires. Enjoy a 'Parrilla' walking tour in either San Telmo or Palermo. Parrillas are Argentine restaurants offering the most traditional cuisine and during this afternoon experience, taste authentic Porteno flavours in restaurants that the locals frequent. Learn about Argentina's culture and traditions, and meet others during this relaxed and fun social tour.

Day 4: Buenos Aires > Mendoza. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Mendoza and on arrival transfer to your hotel. Mendoza was settled by immigrants from Spain, Italy and other European countries who came to the region, establishing vineyards that today produce delicious Malbec and many other fine wines.

Day 5: Mendoza. This morning enjoy a morning tour of the city Mendoza which is undoubtedly one of the most interesting cities in all of Argentina. It harmoniously blends the natural beauty of mountains, rivers and fertile grape-growing fields with beautiful buildings and interesting architecture. This city tour reveals the history and culture of a town first established by colonisers more than four centuries ago. Your excursion begins at Pedro del Castillo Square, the original centre of the old city founded in 1561 by Pedro del Castillo. Next, you will see the San Francisco ruins, remains of the temple destroyed by the 1861 earthquake which devastated the provincial capital, killing 4,300 of its 12,000 residents. Afterwards, the tour continues to General San Martin Park, considered to be a true greenbelt, where visitors can contemplate the lake, the rose garden and over 30 sculptures. Its famous Cerro de la Gloria has a monument to General San Martín's Ejercito de los Andes (Army of the Andes), for its liberation of Argentina, Chile and Peru from Spanish rule. The final stop is at an olive oil factory, to learn about the process and taste some of the products before returning to your hotel and the reminder of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Mendoza. Today you will enjoy a full day visiting a selection of wineries in the area. Head north to Lugan de Cuyo and Maipu, widely accepted as one of the best wine regions in Latin America, where great quality grapes are cultivated and recognised as the birthplace of the Malbec variety. You'll enjoy tasting at three different wineries, with lunch included at one of them. Return to your hotel later in the afternoon.

Day 7: Mendoza > Iguazu Falls. Transfer to the airport and fly to Iguazu where you are met and transferred to your hotel.

Located on the border between Argentina and Brazil, the waterfalls at Iguazu are unquestionably the most spectacular found on the planet and an amazing natural phenomena. It is essential to see the falls from both sides as each died offers a completely different vista.
