Bolivia Unveiled - 8 Days / 7 Nights - from $2735* per person (with World Journeys).
Bolivia is a fascinating country rich in culture and history. Begin in La Paz, the highest capital city in the world, with a pronounced indigenous influence reflected in the bowler hats worn by its Aymara women. Sucre is the constitutional capital of Bolivia renowned for its white washed buildings and famous museums, whilst Potosi was the largest and wealthiest city in the Western Hemisphere during the 17th Century. The Spanish plundered incredible quantities of silver from this region, and evidence of earlier wealth can still be seen in buildings with elaborate baroque facades and a host of fine museums. The trip ends in Uyuni, a gateway to the largest salt flats in the world.
